Hello there I'm Crystal,

As a Product Designer,

I bring a unique blend of

visual design, system thinking,

and a holistic approach to

deliver elevated user experiences

ABOUT ME & how my journey began

I created my first website in middle school, which was essentially a personal blog. At the time, I don't think I even knew what that meant. However, what I did know was that I loved the feeling of creating something on a screen that could connect me to the world.

Throughout my career, my commitment has been to spread that magic by creating experiences that give users the same delight. This way, my work will never be just another average digital product.

Julia Furman

Your organization of the workshop was excellent and you did an excellent job facilitating discussions across a large group of people.

Rahul Shukla

Engineering Manager, PayPal

I can't stress enough the tremendous impact Crystal has had on our project. This would be one of the most challenging user experiences I have worked on, and the designs Crystal put through were vital to bringing a delightful customer experience. As a first project with the team, that's a tremendous feat. Look forward to more such collaborations!

Andy Dunmire

Senior Design Manager, PayPal

Thank you Crystal for your thoughtful and active participation in ensuring some messy but active work is guided backwards from our customers/merchants. Your steady and strong presence helped align our XD approach in a way that even the PM said he "loved" - yet provides XD the space for a meaningful and yet achievable target state. Well done!

Bring the chocolate.

Something I learned from the digital agency Ueno epitomizes my work and life philosophy: “when someone asks you for a coffee, bring the best one you can, but always add a piece of chocolate.” I go beyond what’s expected. I add an element you didn’t even know you wanted.
I bring the chocolate.
